A grievance is answered within 72 hours. A request under your rights as a Data Principal — access, correction, erasure — is answered within 30 days.

What we cannot do yet
Support is not open twenty-four hours, and there is no number that rings on a Sunday. Outside the cities we cover there is no local person who can come to your shop; remote setup over a video call is what most businesses use.
If something is broken we will tell you it is broken and when it will be fixed, rather than that it is working as intended.
