Who we are. Ektasi Technology (OPC) Private Limited ("we") — CIN U72900UP2020OPC128958, GSTIN 09AAFCE9082J1Z4, registered at Sandaha, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221112, India — provides YesBOS, a business operating system, to merchants. We are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act for the account data we hold; for the business data a merchant enters about their own customers, the merchant is the Data Fiduciary and we are the Data Processor.

What we collect. Account details (name, phone/email); business catalog and sales/ledger data you enter; device and usage logs; payment references (we do not store full card/bank credentials — payments settle on public rails / your PSP).

Why. To provide the service, process orders, surface insights, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing. With your chosen payment, messaging, logistics and network providers to fulfil the service; with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention. For as long as your account is active plus any legally required period.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of consent — write to [email protected]. We answer a rights request under the DPDP Act within 30 days.
