YesBOS — Grievance Officer
India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require an intermediary to name a Grievance Officer and to publish a way of reaching him. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires the same of a Data Fiduciary, and puts a clock on the answer. This page is that publication. It stands on its own, so it can be handed to a regulator, a payment gateway or a customer without anything else having to be open.
The officer. Rajan Singh, Grievance Officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email [email protected].
The entity he acts for. Ektasi Technology (OPC) Private Limited — a One Person Company, private limited — CIN U72900UP2020OPC128958, GSTIN 09AAFCE9082J1Z4, registered at Sandaha, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221112, India. It trades as YesBOS. Post reaches the officer at that address.
How long an answer takes. A grievance is acknowledged and answered within 72 hours. A request under your rights as a Data Principal — access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent — is answered within 30 days, which is the period the DPDP Act allows.
What to write about. Anything support has not resolved; anything to do with your personal data or a customer's; content on a storefront we host; and anything you believe we are required to do and have not done. Say what happened and when, and name the shop or the account if there is one, because a grievance without a date is one that takes a second letter to answer.
Where else you can write. Ordinary support — a bill that will not print, a number that looks wrong — is answered faster by [email protected] · +91 011 69656628 · WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, acknowledged within one business day. The officer above is who you write to when that has not worked, or when the matter is one the law names him for. Every one of those is a link that works from the page you are reading it on — an address you have to copy off a screen with your thumb is not a way of reaching anybody, which is the whole reason this page exists rather than a phone number printed in an image.
If you are still not satisfied. Nothing here takes away your right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, or to any other authority with jurisdiction over the matter.
