Services & appointments

Two chairs means two people at ten o'clock. Not one.

Salon, spa, barber, clinic, dental, diagnostic lab, physiotherapy, veterinary, mobile repair, laptop service, tailoring, dry cleaning, photo studio.

What you get

  • A diary that allocates — Chairs, rooms, machines and people are all bookable things with a name
  • Service durations that are real — A service carries its own length
  • Intake, consent and photos — The form you ask a new customer to fill, kept with the job
  • Packages and prepaid sessions — Six sittings, ten classes, a card of five
  • Reminders and follow-ups — The evening-before reminder
All of it. No tier, no per-user charge, no bill limit.

A day of appointments

The whole business is a diary that must not lie. Everything else is detail.

9:00 am

The diary, and what it actually knows

Ten o'clock is not one slot. It is as many slots as you have chairs, staff or rooms — and each one is booked against a named person, so two customers at ten is two customers at ten and three is a refusal, not an accident.

10:20 am

A walk-in while Priya is mid-cut

Availability answers by staff and by service length, so a forty-minute cut and a ten-minute trim do not occupy the same amount of the day. The walk-in gets a real time, not a shrug.

12:00 pm

The customer who never remembers

A reminder goes out on WhatsApp the evening before with the time and the person. No-shows fall, and the ones that still happen release the slot instead of blocking it.

2:30 pm

The regular on a package

Six blow-dries bought in March, four used. The balance is on the screen and it draws down as she sits, and if she asks why it says four you can show her every one, dated.

5:00 pm

The repair that needs parts

A job with stages, a photo of the condition it arrived in, parts consumed from stock, and a status the customer can be told without opening a drawer.

8:00 pm

Close

Takings by staff member, so commission is a calculation rather than an argument. Tomorrow's diary already has nine names in it.

What you get

A diary that allocates

Appointments

Chairs, rooms, machines and people are all bookable things with a name. The smallest one that fits is the one used, so a single customer does not take the double room.

Service durations that are real

Appointments

A service carries its own length, so the diary fills correctly instead of in half-hour blocks that fit nothing.

Intake, consent and photos

Records

The form you ask a new customer to fill, kept with the job. For clinics and labs, the history is where the next appointment starts rather than a blank page.

Packages and prepaid sessions

Money

Six sittings, ten classes, a card of five. Sold once, drawn down per visit, with every movement recorded so the balance can always be explained.

  • Expiry, and the money in the unused half accounted for properly
  • A cancellation window — cancel late and the session is used, which is the rule on the wall of every salon in the country

Reminders and follow-ups

Reach

The evening-before reminder, the six-week 'time for the next one', and the customer who has quietly not come back for four months.

Staff, commission and tips

People

Takings by person, commission rules, tip splitting, and shifts — so payday is a report rather than an evening of arithmetic.

What this will not do for you

It does not do clinical records to a hospital standard, and it is not certified for anything a hospital would need it certified for. It is a good diary, a good till and a good customer history for a single-doctor clinic or a lab collection point — not an HIS.

And no reminder system reduces no-shows to zero. It reduces them. Anyone quoting you a number is quoting you their best month.

Start with one sentence.

Say what you do. The shop, the items, the prices and the online page set themselves up while you watch — and you correct anything wrong by saying so.

One month, everything included. No card to start. Cancel inside the month and you are not billed.
