At signup / first order, present a clear, specific, affirmative consent:

"I agree that YesBOS and the shop may process my name, contact and order details only to fulfil this order and provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. I can withdraw consent anytime." ☐ I agree

Principles to honour in product:

• Purpose limitation — collect only what the task needs.
• Withdrawal — a one-tap way to withdraw consent / delete data.
• Notice — link the Privacy Policy at the point of collection (the storefront checkout already shows a DPDP/GDPR line).
• Records — log consent (timestamp, version) for audit.
• Children — do not knowingly onboard users below the legal age.
